Thank you for visiting and supporting KarmaTickets.ca! As the owner of Karma Tickets, it's really important fans understand that shall they have any questions regarding a website order or have an issue with an order that has been placed, you are to contact my Customer Care Team. Like most businesses, policies and procedures are in place to ensure the highest quality customer service as possible. I hired a team of professional customer service agents who are trained specifically in the resale ticket industry. The customer care team has access to a computer system that keeps track of all orders. It is crucial that when you email or call my Customer Care Team via phone or email, that you always leave your order number. With your order number, the Customer Care agents will have access to all the essential information required for them to look into any issue, track ticket transfer statuses, your personal contact information, contact info of the sellers who list on our website plus they will be able to guide you through the appropriate actions needed to make sure your issue is resolved in a timely manner.
If you call our Customer Care phone line and we do not answer, it is very important that you leave a detailed message that includes your order number. I also recommend you send in an email as well using the form on this page. After you call and leave a message, if time is of the essence, please try not to panic too much, and keep hitting redial with hopes your call will be answered before we call you back. This is the practice I do myself: I call and leave a detailed message. I then send in an email. If I need assistance immediately, I hit the redial button. Unfortunately with all customer service phone & email processes, there are times when we have no choice but to be patient. We are committed to returning Karma customer's phone messages and emails as quickly as possible, however there are times when our support staff are experiencing a higher-than-normal volume of requests. I understand that you may feel anxious and stressed from a ticket issue. All I can do is suggest you remain as calm as you can and trust that the Karma Tickets Customer Care Team will get back to you as quick as they can. This is the best way I personally deal with a situation when an event is about to start.
I know some of you follow me on the Karma Tickets Facebook group or on my Instagram. Even though you may see me posting often on my social media platforms, it's very important that you understand that reaching out to me via text, WhatsApp, email or on FB & Instagram messengers is not your best option for customer care support with website order questions and challenges with an order. Since I have hired a team, whom I trust, to manage all website order questions and potential order issues, as a Karma Tickets customer, please know this is your PRIMARY SOURCE of contact. If you do have to reach out to me personally, please text me and leave a detailed message that includes your order number. If I do not respond within a few minutes, please feel free to call me. At least I will have all your details to visually review on the previous text you sent me. You can also email me, however for emergencies, texting me followed by a phone call is the most efficient way to try to connect with me and much more reliable than sending me Facebook or Instagram message.
